Positive training

I only use positive techniques for training and hate the use of negative training aids.

I have seen the effects of things like choke chains, spike collars and prong collars and the injuries they can cause.

Things like spray collars and corrective sprays for barking that cause depression and mental melt downs too.

It is hard to train a dog out of a behaviour, but you keep their personality and keep them happy.

Ticks

Warm weather and long grass, tick season is on us.

Check your dog when you come in from a walk for any bumps that could be a tick.

If you touch it and it wiggles it’s a tick.

Poop

You have to pick it up if you own a dog.

But now you have to have a poop bag on you to prove you can or you will be fined when with your dog.

So poop bags everywhere folks, make sure you responsible ones don’t get hit for money, just the irresponsible ones.
