Agility

Dogs love agility and it is great physical and mental exercise.

I take any breed so long as old enough, fit and healthy and dog and people friendly.

To teach a dog you need to commit to weekly classes as big breaks and inconsistency make it hard to train.

Fun is my main aim not competition.

Dogs and owners get addicted so watch out.

Changing a dogs behaviour is hard work and takes time, patience and good quality training.

You will feel like giving up on bad days.

The goal at the end is what you need to focus on.

Dog kisses

Dog kisses are lovely but not ever dog is into it, so be polite and ask first.

Some dogs do not like their space invading at all.

Some have no personal space at all.

Individuals and need to be treat like they are.

Safe dog travel

Posted by:

Be careful when your dog is traveling in your car, in an accident you want them safe.

Dogs in hatchbacks should be behind a dog guard or crated.

Dogs on the back seat should be fastened in using a harness and seat belt.

Dogs travel in the front (not ideal) must be secured and the airbag turned off as this could kill if released.

Dog should not travel in footwells or unsecured as they can take you out as they go through the windscreen.
